My family has purchased vehicles from Kals, for years and they’ve become a trusted dealership to us! I bought a truck last week (Tuesday) from Kal’s. Since I work out of state, I was able to do the process over the phone with Dan, and have a family member pick it up for me on Wednesday. There were a couple issues right away involving the check engine light. Immediately the truck was brought back on Thursday, and was told to bring it by the service center and it would be taken care of, at no cost to me. I had to be back out to work in North Dakota that following Monday. Needless to say, the next day, Friday, the truck was ready to go and I was able to take it home! Since then, the truck has been running and driving perfect! Huge shout out to Kals for making sure I was satisfied! And shout out to their service center for being so prompt and helpful when I was worried about making it to work!
